Inviting People
Add teammates and guests to a workspace, choose their roles, and manage pending invitations.
Inviting People
Collaboration is better with a team. Mycelo makes it easy to invite colleagues and guests to your workspace.
Accessing Invite Settings
- Open your workspace.
- Navigate to Workspace Settings.
- Look for the Members or Invitations section.
Inviting Organization Members
For people already in your organization:
- Find the list labeled “Invited users from your organization”.
- Check the box next to the user you want to add.
- Set a Role: Use the dropdown to assign them as a Viewer (read-only) or Editor (full access).
- Uncheck the box to remove their access.
Inviting External Users
To invite guests or clients outside your organization:
- Locate the “Invite external users” section.
- Enter their Email Address.
- Select a Role (Viewer or Editor).
- Click “Send Invite”.
They will receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
Managing Pending Invitations
You can see a list of sent invitations that haven’t been accepted yet. If you need to revoke an invitation:
- Find the user in the Pending Invitations list.
- Click the “X” or Cancel button next to their email.
